ROBOTIC PIPE & BOX PROFILE 3D CUTTING & DRILLING LINE: This machine works like a factory in itself. It can do 3D CNC cutting-drilling-threading in all types of bridge-stadium or cage type beam-column elements. It can cut profiles with a tolerance of 0,1 mm, process their ends in any form, and can drill-mark all surfaces at the same time. Especially with our Design and Manufacturing power in the execution of high cross-sectional cage elements; We produce steel conveyor systems on the basis of bar profiles and perform the transportation with minimum volume, being able to quickly send products to the site and assemble them.

ROBOTICS PROFILE & PLATE ASSEMBLY LINE: is a full automatic assembly-mounting machine that picks up and locates the welding plate at every angle and position to be placed on the H-BOX profile. Ensures ERROR-FREE installation of elements with multiple and different connections, and provides many thin-plate profiles to be produced FAST and with the same WELDING QUALITY.

CNC VERTICAL - HORIZONTAL PROCESSING CENTERS & TURNING - MILLING UNITS; CNC machines in which the elements that need to be manufactured with more precise tolerances such as FreeForm are manufactured. If a project has 1,000 to 5,000, 15,000 to 20,000 pieces, and many elements are considered to be made up of different pieces, many machines of different qualities and sizes need to be used in order to achieve manufacturing cycles. The number of machines that can be used for the production of the elements over 3m in length is decreasing as they need to be used for the unusual type in the Automotive, Defense or Machinery sectors. Freeform profiles with a length of more than 6m require much more special machines. Our company works with CNC machines capable in one size and type to see all these needs in one . We can process all types of profiles with 5 axis on CNC up to 6m length. In special cases we can process up to 12m length.

LASER PLATE CUTTING MACHINES; Stainless plates are cut by LASER machines. It is cut without deformation depending on plate thickness, material type and cut shape of cut plate.

PLASMA CUTTING MACHINES; Cutting works of black plates are made by means of PLASMA cutting machines. It is cut without deformation depending on plate thickness, material type and cut shape of cut plate.

AUTOMATIC PROFILE DRILLING - CUTTING LINE; It is a machine that can do longitudinal cutting, marking, mechanical drilling and saw cutting of "H" profiles automatically on the same line.

CONSTRUCTION PROFILE ÇATIM - WELDING MACHINE; is the machine in which the plates of the production "H" and "BOX" profiles are laid in the desired dimensions and the length welds are completed. Construction profile production is done within the tolerances stated.
