Manufacturing procedures and the accordingly required machines of the different building structures that we work on, whicn we design, are rather different from each other. In Freeform construction while automotive part allows manufacturing 0.01mm (Percent) in production tolerances, we work with 1mm tolerance in industrial construction. Therefore, we are using CNC PROCESSING CENTERS, ROBOTIC CUTTING-DRILLING MACHINES, ROBOTIC ASSEMBLY UNITS, WELDING ROBOTS, TURNING-MILLING UNITS, LASER & PLASMA PLATE PROCESSING CENTERS, ASSEMBLY-WELDING ROTATORS, PRODUCTION PROFILE MACHINE, AUTOMATIC PROFILE DRILLING-CUTTING MACHINE, PLATES DRILLING MACHINES , SANDBLASTING-PAINTING LINES, DRYING CABINS.
Although the machine features are important, the human factor is determining the quality. Our company not exclusively to a project works in the same quality plan for every job. We are moving in the direction of quality procedures in all stages of getting the job, project planning, procurement, manufacturing, transportation and assembly.
We keep our compliancy with quality plan and procedures in all our projects under the control of our 3rd party PARTNER. We provide inspection services at our factories and offices in the areas of material testing, manufacturing welding tests, manufacturing measurement checks, packaging, assembly tolerances, field welding tests.
We control the Design-Manufacturing-Transportation-Assembly steps through the "SAYTEKNO FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM" which we developed. We determine the current situation of our work which is continuing through weekly technical reports, in terms of DESIGN-MANUFACTURING-INSTALLATION-DELIVERY in terms of Number, Tonnage, m2. We can follow the process follow up more up-to-date with BARCOD application. Packing List, field stocks, assembled parts can be easily determined and reported with BARCODE system.
