Process follow-up, quality control and tests

We manage all our work with our QC - Quality Control Plan, which we have prepared not only for the work done, but also for the whole company. We prepare ITP - Inspection and Test Plan (Inspection and Test Plan) in line with the technical specifications and project principles specific to each work, and realize our manufacturing - erection studies in this relation.
We provide our quality and customer-focused working system with the project team and manager whome we entitle for each project. According to the necessary needs, the number of personnel profession and the number of personnel in the Project Team will be determined. All technical and administrative responsibilities of the team are given to the Project Manager. In order to complete the project within the foreseen QUALITY and DURATION, the Project Manager works like a customer representative. We perform all these work in HSQ - Health Safety priority.
We control the Projecting-Manufacturing-Transportation-Erection steps through the "SAYTEKNO FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM" we developed. With weekly technical reports, we are in the process of continuing our work, in terms of PROJECT-MANUFACTURING-INSTALLATION-DELIVERY, Quantity and Tonnage / m2. With the application of the BARCODE we can follow-up closely. Packing List, field stocks, assembled parts can be easily determined and reported with BARCODE system.
